SHE-CAN is a US-based nonprofit that is building global women’s leadership in post-conflict countries such as Rwanda, Cambodia, and Liberia. SHE-CAN finds talented low-income young women and helps them win full-ride scholarships to top U.S. colleges. Each scholar attends a U.S. college, participates in exclusive leadership training, and is mentored by a team of 5-6 professionals. After college, these young women return home to succeed as leaders and change-agents.
