Before becoming a SHE-CAN scholar, Mouy was one of 15 scholarship students of “Opportunity Fund Program” funded by Education USA, which connects students with higher education opportunities. Right after she finished high school, Mouy received a government scholarship for a bachelor degree to study at the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL), majoring in International Studies.
