Rina Ntagozera
Rina currently works at the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation in Kigali, Rwanda. In 2016, she earned a bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a concentration in Peace, Justice and Human Rights from Haverford College. After graduation, Rina returned home to negotiate a contract with an economic development agency in Rwanda. In summer 2015, she interned with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Rwanda. In fall 2014, Rina was awarded a study abroad scholarship from the Danish Institute of Study Abroad to study in Copenhagen, Denmark. Before college, Rina attended Lycee de Kigali and served as a teacher’s assistant for Rwanda’s first program for students with special needs as well as an administrative assistant for the Rwanda Cricket Association. Additionally, as a top student and leader, she was the captain of Rwanda’s National Women’s Cricket Team and continued to play in college on Haverford's varsity squad.
