About SyracuseSyracuse University is a private research university that combines a breadth of academic opportunities with a community that inspires everyone to reach their full potential. Students have the ability to customize their own academic experience by taking courses in the liberal arts and the professional programs Syracuse offers. Syracuse has 200 majors and 100 minors across 13 colleges, making the academic opportunities endless. The University is home to over 30 research centers that span disciplines in order to address the most pressing global needs.
The community support is strong at Syracuse. Students are encouraged to become involved on campus, and engage with different interests, cultural beliefs and viewpoints than their own. As a Division 1 school, school spirit and camaraderie are a big part of life on campus. And, for those not as interested in sports, the Syracuse community stays busy with speakers, concerts, performances and movie screenings that are brought to campus. Partnership
Syracuse is the newest addition to the Coalition, joining in January of 2020. The range in academic curriculum and research opportunities allow for students to create their own pathways and delve deeper into their passions as they become global citizens. We are excited for our scholars to be a part of such a tight-knit community, and know they will be supported as international students on campus.
